Details
The RackStation RS1221+ is designed for space sensitive deployments where data-intensive, heavy workloads are expected. At 88mm x 482mm x 306.6mm, it’s compact design doesn’t compromise it’s capabilities. Powered by a 64-Bit quadcore AMD Ryzen processor, paired with 4GB of EEC server-grade RAM (optionally upgradable to 32GB), performance will not be an issue.Your data is taken care of with support for Btrfs for reliability and its snapshot capability, helping to head off data corruption whilst simplifying the task of data protection. When paired with a second, identical unit, Synology High Availability enables automatic minute-level failover to minimise service downtime.
With the option to upgrade to 10Gbe, expand the storage with the optional RX418 expansion unit and boost read/write performance with NVMe or SATA SSD caching. This NAS is designed to scale with your businesses needs.
Synology’s award winning software, covering backup, data access, real-time shared document collaboration, support for virtual environments, snapshot replication and public cloud integration and more, are as easy to use as they are powerful.
