We're committed to continually improving ourselves and our management systems.
KRCS are an approved Apple Premium Partner; we sell, distribute, repair and support all current Apple products. We are committed to providing high quality services which also include providing an option for managed services to select customers and detailed training on the management, application and use of Apple products across the Consumer, Commercial and Education markets.
We intend to maintain and improve our standards of work and high levels of customer satisfaction by supplying professional products and services through a number of industry leading techniques and systems supported by a quality management system.
As part of our commitment to this the senior management of KRCS have recognised that the disciplines of Quality and Environmental Management are an integral driving force in the success of our business. We view these as primary considerations within our operations and we intend to fully involve our staff in meeting applicable objectives that we have set internally.
This quality policy has been established to be consistent and aligned with the purpose and context of our business. To reflect our commitment to this we will maintain a documented quality management system based off the internationally recognised standard ISO 9001:2015.
As part of this management system, we intend to:

- Manage all risks to the business to an appropriate and acceptable level.
- Adopt a process approach to achieve our desired business result.
- Communicate our objectives, targets and performance against these objectives throughout the company.
- Ensure our business activities are safe for employees, associates, subcontractors and others affected by our work.
- Work closely with customers and suppliers to establish the appropriate quality standards through mutually beneficial relationships.
- Ensure all staff are sufficiently competent in their roles.
It is also our aim to meet or exceed the expectations of our interested parties by continually improving ourselves and our management systems.
