Apple Repairs in Hull

KRCS Hull, your local Apple Service Provider
We work with Apple to provide in warranty and out of warranty repairs, using only genuine Apple parts, fitted by Apple trained technicians. To verify our status with Apple click here.

The KRCS Hull Service Centre is located within our retail store in the Princes Quay Shopping Centre. We can offer repairs for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and iPod whether in or out of warranty. Devices older than 5-7 years may not have full parts availability.

AASP

KRCS are an Apple Authorised Service Providers (AASP). AASPs are part of a network of Apple-authorised businesses that provide comprehensive support and repair services for Apple products. AASPs employ Apple-certified technicians, who complete regular Apple training and assessments, so you can be confident you're getting help from qualified, experienced professionals.

Service FAQ

How long will an iPhone display/battery replacement take?

Provided all parts are in stock, we can complete a screen repair or battery replacement on an iPhone in 2-3 hours. Our technicians will be able to advise you once they've completed an initial assessment.

How much will my repair cost?

You can check out the cost of common repairs by visiting our support pages, for example iPhone repairs from £29 or Apple Watch repairs from £79. We will be able to confirm the price of your repair once our technician has completed the initial assessment.

Can you replace an iPad or Apple Watch battery?

These are viewed as sealed units and as such, in most cases we will need to arrange for a like-for-like replacement device from Apple. The whole unit replacement will be an "as-new device".

Do I need to book an appointment?

To ensure we give each customer the service they need and complete repairs in acceptable timeframes, we do need you to book ahead which you can do by clicking here.

What does it mean if my device is "vintage" or "obsolete"?

When Apple classify a device as vintage or obsolete, it can mean that parts are in short supply or in some cases no longer available from Apple. This means we may only be able to offer limited service options but we'll need to assess your device individually before advising on the best way to proceed with devices that are 5-7 years or older.
