AppleCare Help Desk Support provides unlimited support for hardware and software diagnosis, troubleshooting, and issue isolation for Apple-based solutions. Assistance with Apple School Manager is also available when you call. The cost of your AppleCare Help Desk Support contract remains unchanged, regardless of the number of additional Apple devices or Mac computers.
