We source all parts directly from Apple, and our technicians are regularly assessed and trained, so you can be sure of the quality of your repair. If your iMac is outside of the manufacturers warranty and requires a new hard drive or RAM module as part of the repair, we may recommend a third party drive or RAM module as a more cost effective method of repair.
